What you'll be doing

• Deliver orders to Nugg Club customers in the LA and SF Bay Area
• Provide an amazing experience to customers by being timely, professional, friendly, and delivering their order directly to their door
• Report directly to the Delivery Operations Manager, offer feedback and generate ideas for improvements to our delivery service on a regular basis
• Constantly stay up to date with the latest cannabis-related research studies and findings, and integrate this new knowledge into how you serve customers
• Collaborate on team projects and company-wide efforts to advance the industry

What you'll need

• CA driver’s license, CA Car Insurance, a clean record
• A hardtop roof car with an alarm system (no motorcycles or soft-top convertibles)
• Ages 21+, pass a background check, and have at least one year of driving experience in LA
• Must have a smartphone
• Exceptional communication skills and professional presence
• Friendly, charismatic
• Innovative problem solver, results minded and solution focused
• Effective team player with ability to work independently
• Tech savvy, strong in multi-tasking
• You love helping people and making people smile
• Understanding of how the cannabis market works in California is a plus

About the role

We are seeking LA, OC, and East Bay based delivery drivers to join us at a pivotal moment in our company’s evolution as we aim to make our platform available throughout California. We're looking for friendly, customer service oriented self-starters who are passionate about cannabis and the opportunity to level up their career in an exploding industry. Not only do you pour love and attention into every customer interaction, but you're constantly looking for ways we can improve the customer experience. At Nugg Club, your ideas aren’t just listened to, they’re given priority, and as a front-line team member dealing directly with customers, there is huge opportunity for upward mobility and promotion to management and operations roles.

Hours and Location

This position requires a minimum time commitment of 30 hours per week (4-5 days/week between 10:00am and 10:00pm). Your driving routes will be in Los Angeles and surrounding areas.

Compensation

An industry leading $18/hr base pay + tips + mileage reimbursement
-- On average drivers make between $25-45/hr with tips and mileage reimbursement.
